Consulting

Bill sees consulting as working with two or more individuals involved in the worship planning process.* Through consulting Bill will help you give voice to the deep questions your team may have as you reimagine your church’s worship. With over forty years of diverse worship leading experience, Bill has learned from a wide array of ministry successes and failures. He has established many new worship ministries in a variety of church settings, as well as joined existing ministries to bring improvement and focus to the planning and execution processes. His focus in consulting goes beyond inevitable relational or ministry struggles, delving into the foundational (biblical, theological, historical, and missiological) aspects of Christian worship. Bill can also help introduce your teams and congregation into the process of reimagining worship.

The Details

Consulting involves helping a leader and the key worship influencers work together to reimagine worship. The process will look something like this:

  • After you make initial contact via the contact form, we will arrange a follow-up one-hour conversation via phone, Skype, or FaceTime. We will explore the issues you are facing, including your church’s history, worship planning process and service structure. There is no charge for this introductory conversation.
  • After a full analysis of the situation, Bill will propose a strategy and timetable for moving ahead, along with costs associated with the project.
  • Implementation of the project. Analysis of the process and practical next steps are articulated as we go along. The consulting may be done remotely (Zoom/FaceTime) or on site, depending on your location, timeframe, and budget.
